Coconut milk ice cream
 
Ingredient :
1. Egg Yolks 4 Oz.
2. Sugar ½ cup.
3. YEARRA Coconut cream powder 150 gm.
4. Warm water200 ml.
5. Vanilla extract2 tbsps.
 
Preparation :

1.

Mix YEARRA Coconut cream powder 150 gm. With 200 ml. warm water .

2.

Mix egg yolks and sugar together until it pale yellow, add coconut milk and stir until all ingredient are well combined

3.

Transfer coconut mixture to a medium pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, add vanilla extract

4.

Transfercontents into a bowl, freeze in refrigerator until it firm.
